Donna joined QA 91快播 in 2014 and was recently appointed as Director of Education Transformation in 2022.
Prior to this, Donna held a number of management roles in QA 91快播, including Dean of Teaching and Learning and Director of Degree Apprenticeships; prior to joining QA 91快播, Donna held management roles in higher education and private educational organisations as well as lecturing in Organisational Behaviour and English for Academic Purposes (EAP).
Through these roles, Donna has gained significant experience in the ‘learner journey and lifecycle’ and supporting diversity in higher education which she is able to apply to her current role.
